How It Works

SearchFit email filters act as shields for companies, small and large, who are being inundated with spam, virues and other malevolent outside threats. All of your emails including spam, infected, and clean email will pass through mail routers. Our email filters automatically scan all inbound emails for spams and viruses. Spam and infected emails will be directed to our quarantine area. As a result, only clean emails will be sent to your computer. Our email filtering service also allows clients to access to our quarantine area where you can mannually block and unblock emails.

Spam Filter

The Spam filter automatically eliminates "junk" e-mail or "Spam" from each users mailbox, protecting workers from unwanted distractions and interruptions. With the ever-increasing amount of unsolicited e-mail arriving daily, protection is an important means of saving time and staying focused on important work at hand.

Virus Filter

The Virus Filter detects and eliminates viruses before they enter your network. The system utilizes two leading enterprise-class virus scanners on the market: Trend Micro and Sophos. Integrated at the application level, the network receives virus definition updates every 10 minutes. All e-mail as well as attachments are scanned through both engines insuring the most complete protection possible.

Attachment Filter

The attachment filter is positioned to reject messages with certain types of file attachments before they enter your current messaging infrastructure. This feature insures potentially destructive files, such as “.vbs", “.scr", “.exe", etc. do not gain access to the customer's network.
